SIMS Heating and Air offers 0% financing for various terms for your home comfort project. Financing is offered through Wells Fargo's Home Projects Credit Card, and is available upon approved credit. There is currently no prepayment penalty charged if you would like to pay the account off before the end of the promotional term.

When applying, it is important to note that the account does carry an interest rate if the full balance is not paid off within the promotional period. Once your account is approved, you'll receive an electronic signature authorization for your requested financed amount with the promotional rate applied. The account is not charged until your installation is complete.
